The Fluke 700HPP High-Pressure Pneumatic Test Pump is available in three models which vary only in regard to the type of test port adapters supplied with the unit. Please see the table below for more details.
Name of Model | Type of Test Port Adapters Included | Test Port Adapters |
Fluke 700HPP-NPT High-Pressure Pneumatic Pump | NPT | 1/8, 1/4 NPT |
Fluke 700HPP-BSP High-Pressure Pneumatic Pump | BSP | 1/8, 1/4 BSP |
Fluke 700HPP-MET High-Pressure Pneumatic Pump | MET | M14, M20, 1/4 NPT |
This instrument can be used to generate pneumatic pressure without using a nitrogen bottle or external pressure supply. It can supply up to 21MPa (3000 psi) to devices under test, such as
- Transmitters
- Controllers
- Pilots
- Digital gauges
- Analog gauges
However, unlike its sister product, the Fluke 700HPP High-Pressure Pneumatic Test Pump has NOT been optimised to facilitate comparisons between, or calibrations, of instruments. It does NOT include a calibration manifold; however, it does include brackets to which one may be attached. The Fluke 700HPP High-Pressure Pneumatic Test Pump is ideal for those who only require a high-pressure source and is suitable for generating pressure both in the laboratory and in the field.
The Fluke 700HPP High-Pressure Pneumatic Test Pump generates pressure quickly, it creates up to 21Mpa of pressure within twenty seconds to full scale into a 10cm³ volume. Creating this pressure does not require the user to exert him/herself unnecessarily as the Fluke 700HPP High-Pressure Pneumatic Test Pump includes a pump handle optimised for generating pneumatic pressure.
The design of the Fluke 700HPP High-Pressure Pneumatic Test Pump also includes a desiccant tube which protects the instrument from contamination derived from inlet gas. It also features 2m (6.5 foot) pressure line and a selection of pressure fittings which facilitate the easy connection of the pneumatic pump to various instruments (see above). This design improves the functionality of the Fluke 700HPP as it is able to cover five times the workload of traditional pneumatic pumps.
Finally, the Fluke 700HPP High-Pressure Pneumatic Test Pump is ideal for field work for it does not require a flat surface in order to function. It is portable, lightweight and includes collapsible feet, an integrated handle and is supplied with a carrying case, making it ideal for transportation across worksites.
The Fluke 700HPP High-Pressure Pneumatic Test Pump is a rugged, practical, sophisticated and versatile pneumatic pump.
