Why we love the Fluke 378FC
Loaded with technology! - FieldSense, Fluke Connect & Power Quality Indicator
The first of its kind non-contact voltage clamp meters, powered by revolutionary FieldSense technology from Fluke. The dual display shows voltage and current readings simultaneously as both measurements are taken via the clamp jaw. Visual Continuity also provides a bright green screen for easy detection of continuity in noisy work areas.
The Fluke 378FC Non-Contact Voltage True-rms AC/DC Clamp Meter (with iFlex) is the more advanced version of the 377FC, the main difference is that this model includes a unique Power Quality Indicator function that senses power quality issues automatically and will indicate whether equipment or power line is faulty.
When making FieldSense measurements, the 378 FC will detect and display power quality issues relating to current, voltage, power factor or any combination of the three. Now you can quickly determine if an upstream supply problem exists or if there is a downstream equipment problem, allowing you to take corrective action quickly.
The iFlex flexible current probe allows you to measure AC current as high as 2500A, its design means you can assess large conductors in difficult to reach spaces with ease.
No more hand-written notes or complicated maths
- Complete 3-phase voltage and current tests in 3 easy steps
- Full set of phase-to-ground and phase-to-phase values calculated
- Displayed on your smartphone and saved to the cloud via Fluke Connect software
