The Fluke 287 FlukeView® Forms Combo Kit includes:
Please see the descriptions below for further information regarding the items included in this kit.
The Fluke 287 True-RMS Electronic Logging Multimeter with TrendCapture can be used to measure a variety of electrical parameters, including:
It is also capable of conducting true-RMS measurements for AC voltage (to 1000V) and current (to 10A), allowing the user to measure complex signals and non-linear loads. The Fluke 287 True-RMS Electronic Logging Multimeter includes a number of functions designed to improve the accuracy with which the above parameters can be measured; for instance, it has a Relative mode which eliminates test lead resistance when conducting resistance and capacitance measurements. Furthermore, the Fluke 287 has a basic DC accuracy of 0.025% and includes a user-selectable AC filter (Smoothing mode) optimised for ensuring a steady reading when the input signal is noisy or rapidly changing.
The Fluke 287 True-RMS Electronic Logging Multimeter is able to record transients as frequently as every 250µs. In addition to this, the multimeter includes a logging function and an extensive memory capable of storing up to 15 000 measurements. Therefore, the Fluke 287 True-RMS Electronic Logging Multimeter can be left unattended to monitor electrical parameters over extended periods of time. It can be used to perform multiple logging sessions before a download is required. The integrated real-time clock provides automatic time and date stamping of saved readings, while its adjustable recording and auto hold thresholds can be used to specify the percentage change that indicates a new event. Detected events are subsequently logged.
Logged measurements can be recalled and viewed graphically on the Fluke 287 True-RMS Electronic Logging Multimeter’s large, 50 000-count, 1/4 VGA display with a white backlight, using the integrated TrendCapture technology. The integrated TrendCapture technology allows the user to view measurements graphically without connecting the instrument to a PC. It also facilitates the user’s ability to zoom in on trends (up to fourteen times), thereby providing an effective way of identifying measurement anomalies while in the field.
In addition to showing results graphically, the aforementioned display can be used to view multiple numerical measurements simultaneously. Measurements saved to the multimeter may be given unique identifiers making them easier to recall. When the Fluke 287 True-RMS Electronic Logging Multimeter is used with the included IR3000FC Connector the individual is able to share measurements and graphs via the Fluke Connect Mobile App.
Finally, also adding to this instrument's adaptability, as well as its ease-of-use, is its multilingual interface with help screens for each of the measurement functions.
The Fluke 287 True-RMS Electronic Logging Multimeter with TrendCapture is a versatile, accurate and adaptable measurement tool and data logger. It is ideal for improving the efficiency and ease with which multiple measurements can be conducted.
The FlukeView® Forms Software can be used to manage and analyse data, create reports, and log measurements. It is compatible with the above Fluke 287 True-RMS Electronic Logging Multimeter with TrendCapture.
The FlukeView® Forms Software features an infrared serial interface allowing it to identify the Fluke 287 automatically and transfer the data saved to this instrument without having to configure the software or multimeter.
Readings downloaded from the Fluke 287 Multimeter can be arranged into tables, graphs and diagrams. This allows the user to spot trends and perform data analysis, as well as create reports which may be printed and sent to clients.
It is also possible to export data to other software programs. Alternatively, co-workers or clients may access the information via downloading the free FlukeView® Demo/Reader.
In addition to this, the FlukeView® Forms Software may be configured to log events. It is possible to specify and adjust the input signal that will be registered as triggering an event, and the user may configure the software to log readings at five-minute or thirty-second intervals. For each event, the minimum, maximum and average readings are recorded.
The FlukeView® Forms Software is ideal for performing extensive data analysis, creating comprehensive reports, as well as managing data recorded by the Fluke 287, and gathering further event information.
As mentioned above, the Fluke Connect™ IR3000 FC Connector can be attached to the Fluke 287 True-RMS Electronic Logging Multimeter with TrendCapture to facilitate communication with the Fluke Connect™ App.
It connects to the Fluke 287 Multimeter over its IR port and enables the wireless transfer of data to the user’s smartphone. Once transferred, this data can be accessed, graphed and shared using the Fluke Connect™ App. This facilitates more effective and immediate decision-making.
The Fluke Connect™ IR3000 FC Connector makes collaborative work more cost-effective and efficient as real-time data may be shared with team members located at different sites. It is ideal for expanding the versatility of the Fluke 287 True-RMS Electronic Logging Multimeter with TrendCapture.
The Fluke 80BK-A Thermocouple Probe is a type-K thermocouple capable of measuring temperatures between -40 and 260°C to an accuracy of ±2.2°C or 2% (whichever is greater). It is compatible with the above Fluke 287 True-RMS Electronic Logging Multimeter with TrendCapture.
It features a 1m lead and a standard, shrouded banana jack; these features combined with its one-piece construction make the Fluke 80BK-A Thermocouple Probe suitable for a variety of applications.
The Fluke 80BK-A Thermocouple Probe is also supplied with a one-year warranty from Fluke.
The Fluke 80BK-A Thermocouple Probe is a type-K thermocouple probe suitable for conducting temperature measurements when used with the Fluke 287 True-RMS Electronic Logging Multimeter with TrendCapture.
The Fluke C280 Soft Case is designed to carry the Fluke 287 True-RMS Electronic Logging Multimeter with TrendCapture.
It is constructed from durable polyester and features a detachable, extendable shoulder strap. The Fluke C280 Soft Case includes an inner front pocket with closure, and dual pouch pockets, making it suitable for carrying a selection of accessories in addition to the Fluke 287 Multimeter.
