Fluke 1664FC Multifunction Tester Overview
The Fluke 1664FC Multifunction Tester is ideal for testing the safety of electrical installations in domestic, commercial, and industrial environments, as well as verifying the correct installation of fixed wiring.
New EVSE Testing Capability
The Fluke 1664's firmware has been updated to support 6mA RDC-DD tests by international standards IEC 60964 and IEC 62752. Together with Fluke’s FEV300 Test Adapter, this new ability enables comprehensive, accurate, and reliable testing of electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE). It allows you to conduct all necessary tests in one go and meet the evolving needs of the EVSE market.

The Fluke 1664FC Multifunction Tester also features an Auto Test function, ring testing, High-current Loop mode, Pre-test function, earth volt touchpad, and a zero adapter. A rotary dial makes it easy to select the required function or test.
Readings are indicated on the large, backlit display. They may be saved to the tester’s three-layer memory from where they can be downloaded onto a PC and organised using Fluke’s TruTest Advanced Software. Alternatively, data may be wirelessly transferred to a smartphone/tablet via the Fluke Connect App.

Fluke FEV300 EV Charging Test Adapter with Type-2 Plug Overview
When used with the Fluke 1664FC MFT, the Fluke FEV300 EV Charging Test Adapter with Type-2 Plug can be used to test the functionality and safety of electric vehicle charging stations with AC charging mode 3. It simulates an electric vehicle or charging cable to conduct the tests below and induce the following states:
- PE Pre-Test
- Proximity Pilot (PP) State
- Control Pilot (CP) State
- Phase Indication test
L1, L2, L3, N, and PE measuring terminals enable connections to Fluke measurement instruments while terminals for CP signal outputs allow you to check the communication between the adapter (simulating an EV) and the charging station.
IP54-rated and compliant with IEC/EN 61851-1 and IEC/HD 60364-7-222, the Fluke FEV300 EV Charging Test Adapter enables accurate, reliable, and comprehensive testing of EV charging stations.
