Fluke 1587 FC Insulation Multimeter

2 testers in 1! The Fluke 1587 FC is both a digital insulation tester and a true-RMS digital multimeter, making it ideal for use in troubleshooting and preventative maintenance applications.

The 1587 includes Fluke Connect, Fluke's unique wireless technology that allows the meter to interface with smartphones running the Fluke Connect app. By using this function, the capabilities of the meter are expanded even further to include:

• PI/DAR timed ratio tests, complete with TrendIt graphs which identify moisture and contaminated insulation problems
• Direct memory storage of results, with historical tracking
• Temperature compensation using the app to ensure accurate baselines and relevant historical comparisons
• Identify degradation over time with historical tracking

In its insulation testing mode, the 1587 includes selectable test voltages of 50V, 100V, 250V, 500V and 1000V with effective insulation measurement range from 0.01MΩ to 2GΩ. With the dedicated multimeter, it's also possible to measure AC/DC voltage, DC millivolts, AC/DC milliamps, resistance, continuity, capacitance, diode, temperature and frequency, along with MIN/MAX measurements for each if needed.

Additional features of this product include live circuit detection that prevents insulation test if voltages above 30V are detected, VFD low pass filter for accurate motor drive measurements, automatic discharge of capacitive voltage and more.
