In its insulation testing mode, the 1587 includes selectable test voltages of 50V, 100V, 250V, 500V and 1000V with effective insulation measurement range from 0.01MΩ to 2GΩ. With the dedicated multimeter, it's also possible to measure AC/DC voltage, DC millivolts, AC/DC milliamps, resistance, continuity, capacitance, diode, temperature and frequency, along with MIN/MAX measurements for each if needed.
