Thermal Imaging
The FLIR T560 Thermal Camera captures radiometric thermal images. It has an IR resolution of 640 x 480px which provides 307 200 individual non-contact temperature measurement points. This allows large areas to be scanned from a safe distance.
The inclusion of FLIR Vision Processing technology ensures the capture of clear, high-quality images. The FLIR T560 also features an MSX function which enhances the clarity of thermal images using digital details, allowing the user to identify components and the sources of faults more easily. The UltraMax function, which captures a series of thermal images in quick succession, these thermal images are then combined using FLIR's ResearchIR Software (NOT included) to create a single thermal image with a higher resolution.
Advanced Measurement Tools
To ensure precise measurements, the camera includes laser-assisted autofocus and 1-touch level/ span, it also supports on-screen laser distance measurements which enables the user to determine the distance to the components at the touch of a button.
Built-in GPS can be used to embed location data into every image and the first frame of every video. Support for METERLiNK means measurement data gathered using METERLiNK-enabled FLIR clamp meters and multimeters can be added to images and videos.
Ergonomic
The user can take measurements and capture images of overhead components due to the inclusion of a 180° rotating block. As a result, the FLIR T560 Thermal Camera can be used to identify and diagnose issues from any vantage point and in hard-to-reach areas. Images are displayed on the 4” LCD which is 33% brighter and has a resolution that is four times greater than comparable cameras.
Easy to Use
Built-in navigation and reporting features to enable simple operation and documentation. The rapid response touchscreen, combined with its two programmable buttons, means the user can quickly and easily access menus, folders and settings. Survey plans can be downloaded from the supplied FLIR Thermal Studio Pro Software (FLIR Route Creator Plugin required) to the camera (FLIR Inspection Route firmware required) to streamline inspections.
The FLIR T560 Thermal Camera is a high-sensitivity, advanced, adaptable thermal imager suitable for diagnostic, troubleshooting and inspection applications.
FLIR T560 Lenses
The camera can be purchased with a selection of lenses; please see the table below for an overview of the options available.
FLIR AutoCal™ optics means it can accommodate lenses ranging from wide-angle to telephoto. This also means that lenses can be shared across a fleet of cameras.
