The FLIR SV87 Vibration and Temperature Remote Sensor can be used to monitor and log temperature and vibration readings for industrial equipment such as rotating machinery, pumps, fans, gearboxes, and motors.
These temperature and vibration sensors can be placed in hard-to-access places and will record readings every ninety seconds. Data captured by the FLIR SV87 Vibration and Temperature Remote Sensor may be exported in a CSV file.
When used with the FLIR GW65 Remote Monitoring Gateway, measurements can be transferred to a PC, smartphone or tablet wirelessly. This allows the user to view data and trending charts in real-time, enabling him/her to make informed decisions and take corrective action sooner. As a result, uptime, productivity and profitability are maximised and operational costs are reduced. Furthermore, automated vibration analysis means the user can predict mechanical failures before they occur.
Additionally, when used with the FLIR GW65 Remote Monitoring Gateway, the user will be alerted via email when acceptable vibration and/or temperature thresholds have been breached.
