The Teledyne FLIR MR265 Thermal Imaging Moisture Meter is a pin/pinless moisture meter equipped with thermal- and visible-light cameras. It is ideal for building and facilities maintenance professionals who require an instrument to scan and investigate large areas for moisture, air leaks, and insulation voids without opening walls.
Thermal Imaging
FLIR IGM (Infrared Guided Measurement) technology makes identifying problem areas and gathering measurements simple: use the integrated thermal imager to scan areas and identify test spots. The FLIR MR265 Thermal Imaging Moisture Meter has a built-in thermal camera with a 160 x 120px IR resolution and a 2MP visual-light camera. MSX imaging overlays visual details onto thermal images, improving clarity throughout the field of view and making issue identification easier. Thermal, visual, and MSX imaging is visible via the 2.8-inch display.
Up to 15 000 visual and radiometric thermal images can be saved to the FLIR MR265 Thermal Imaging Moisture Meter’s internal memory, allowing you to document before and after pictures to prove effective repairs. Images may be uploaded to FLIR’s Thermal Studio Software for further analysis and/or to create reports.
Moisture Measurement
Take non-invasive, qualitative pinless measurements as well as quantifiable pin measurements: the FLIR MR265 Thermal Imaging Moisture Meter features both an electromagnetic/ capacitive pinless moisture sensor and a pin probe resistive sensor. The FLIR MR265 Thermal Imaging Moisture Meter meets RESNET standards.
Ergonomic
In addition to thermal and visible-light cameras, a pin probe, and pinless moisture sensor, the FLIR MR265 Thermal Imaging Moisture Meter includes a built-in work light. The FLIR MR265 is rugged: it has been drop tested from 2m to ensure suitability for challenging environments.
