Please see the following video for more information regarding the FLIR C5 Compact Thermal Camera.
Advantages of Thermal Imaging in the Classroom
Primary and secondary school children can all benefit from using thermal cameras in their science lessons. Thermal imaging provides an immediate, simple, and interesting way of illustrating heat transfer. Thermal images not only provide a clear heat map of the area but also provide temperature data allowing heat changes to be quantified.
The videos below illustrate how using a thermal camera to teach science lessons has benefitted students in schools in Sweden and the USA.
Note: This FLIR C5 kit can only be supplied to certified educational providers. We will require proof of your status as an educational provider e.g. Purchase Order to supply you with this kit.
