The FilesThruTheAir EL-WIFI-TP Thermistor Probe Temperature Data Loggers are able to measure the temperature of the environment surrounding their thermistor probes. These readings are streamed wirelessly to a local PC or FilesThruTheAir’s EasyLog Cloud.
The FilesThruTheAir EL-WIFI-TP Thermistor Probe Temperature Data Loggers are available in two models which differ in regards to the accuracy of their thermistor probes. Please see the table below for further information.

Each of these models includes a temperature range of -40 to +125°C / -40 to +257°F and has an IP rating of 43 for the data logging unit and an IP rating of 67 for the thermistor probe, making them suitable for use in challenging environments. Further to this, the FilesThruTheAir EL-WIFI-TP Thermistor Probe Temperature Data Loggers can be attached to a wall or surface using the mounting bracket. Again this adds to their practicality, versatility and adaptability as the data loggers are able to monitor the temperature of their immediate environments without causing an obstruction or hazard.
As mentioned above measurements are streamed wirelessly to the user’s chosen storage location: either a local PC or the FilesThruTheAir EasyLog Cloud. The storage location and Wi-Fi connection can be specified during configuration.
The FilesThruTheAir EL-WIFI-TP Thermistor Probe Temperature Data Loggers are configured using the free EL-WIFI-WIN Software. Once a Wi-Fi connection has been established the FilesThruTheAir EL-WIFI-TP Thermistor Probe Temperature Data Loggers can be placed anywhere within its range.
Moreover, if the Wi-FI connection should falter (and by extension the units’ connections to either a local PC or the FilesThruTheAir EasyLog Cloud) the FilesThruTheAir EL-WIFI-TP Thermistor Probe Temperature Data Loggers will continue to store temperature measurements until the connection is re-established (for a maximum of thirty days at a ten-second sample rate).
In addition to this, the free EL-WIFI-WIN Software can be used to program the FilesThruTheAir EL-WIFI-TP Thermistor Probe Temperature Data Loggers to include high and low alarms. If the upper or lower limits of these alarms are breached the data loggers will alert the user via an alarm indicator.
This free software is also required when viewing data on a PC. However; it is possible to view data logged to the FilesThruTheAir EasyLog Cloud via internet-enabled products such as PCs, laptops, tablets and smartphones. The EasyLog Cloud app can also be used to access data saved to the Cloud.
In addition to viewing measurements on the FilesThruTheAir EasyLog Cloud, the user can analyse and graph both current and historical data. For a quick introduction to the FilesThruTheAir EasyLog Cloud, please see the following video.
