The FilesThruTheAir EL-WiFi-21CFR-VAC/2 Vaccine Monitor Data Logger can be used to monitor the storage temperature of vaccines. To this end, the FilesThruTheAir EL-WiFi-21CFR-VAC/2 Vaccine Monitor Data Logger has a temperature range of -40°C to +60°C and features a probe encased in a glycol bottle designed to mimic the temperature of vaccines.

There are two versions of the FilesThruTheAir EL-WiFi-21CFR-VAC/2 Vaccine Monitor Data Logger available: one with 1 glycol probe and one with 2 glycol probes. Please see the table below for further information.

The lead connecting the logger to the glycol probe(s) is thin so as not to interfere with the fridge seal. The glycol probe(s) is placed inside the fridge with the vaccines, while the logger unit is secured to the outside of the fridge using a magnetised wall bracket. Data is streamed via Wi-Fi to FilesThruTheAir's FREE PC software application or 21 CFR Cloud where it can be viewed. If the FilesThruTheAir EL-WiFi-21CFR-VAC/2 Vaccine Monitor Data Logger loses network connectivity, it will continue to log readings until it can reconnect to the PC application or the 21 CFR Cloud. Users can set the logging period to 10s, 10mins or 12hrs.

The FilesThruTheAir EL-WiFi-21CFR-VAC/2 Vaccine Monitor Data Logger also offers high and low alarms. It will issue an alert when upper or lower temperature limits are breached.

This vaccine monitor is quick and easy to configure using FilesThruTheAir’s free PC application. Additionally, it supports WEP, WPA/WPA2 encryption and enterprise networks (PEAP, TTLS, FAST). Finally, the FilesThruTheAir EL-WiFi-21CFR-VAC/2 Vaccine Monitor Data Logger’s body has an ingress protection rating of IP42, while the probe has a rating of IP67.
