The FilesThruTheAir EL-WIFI-21CFR-TP/+ Thermistor Probe Data Loggers are available in two models which differ in regards to their thermistor probes and therefore their accuracies.  For further information, please see the following table.

** Please note that not only do these thermistor probes vary in respect to their accuracies they also differ with regards to their length, please see the preceding table for further details.

Both thermistor probes, and therefore both models, are able to measure temperatures between -40 and +125°C / (-40 and +257°F). Measurements acquired by the FilesThruTheAir EL-WIFI-21CFR-TP/+ Thermistor Probe Data Loggers are streamed wirelessly to the FilesThruTheAir 21 CFR Cloud (monthly subscription required). A connection to the FilesThruTheAir 21 CFR Cloud and the user’s chosen Wi-Fi network is established during configuration.

Configuration is performed using FilesThruTheAir’s free 21 CFR Wi-FI Sensor Software (NOT included). Once connected to the user’s chosen Wi-Fi network, the FilesThruTheAir EL-WIFI-21CFR-TP/+ Thermistor Probe Data Loggers can be placed anywhere within its range. Furthermore, if the FilesThruTheAir EL-WIFI-21CFR-TP/+ Thermistor Probe Data Loggers lose connection with the Cloud or Wi-Fi network, they will continue to record measurements until a connection is re-established (for a maximum of thirty days at a ten-second sample interval).

In addition to this, during configuration, it is possible for the user to program the FilesThruTheAir EL-WIFI-21CFR-TP/+ Thermistor Probe Data Loggers to include high and low alarms. If either the upper or lower alarm limits are breached the FilesThruTheAir EL-WIFI-21CFR-TP/+ Thermistor Probe Data Loggers will alert the user via an alarm indicator.

The FilesThruTheAir EL-WIFI-21CFR-TP/+ Thermistor Probe Data Loggers’ compatibility with the FilesThruTheAir’s 21 CFR Cloud makes these units suitable for integration into 21 CFR Part 11 compliant systems. This is because in addition to allowing the user to monitor, manage and configure multiple data loggers, the FilesThruTheAir 21 CFR Cloud can also be used to perform the tasks beneath and thereby maintain compliance with regulations detailed in the 21 CFR Part 11:
