These loggers have a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C (-40°F to 257°F) and are able to store approximately 32000 readings. They can be set to log measurements at rates ranging from once every second to once every twelve hours.

The FilesThruTheAir EL-21CFR-TP-LCD/+ Thermistor Probe Data Loggers are able to display measurements to a resolution of 0.1°C (0.2°F) and feature a button that allows the user to cycle through the current temperature measurement as well as the minimum and maximum recorded temperature measurements.
