The FLIR FB Series IP cameras are bullet-style thermal imaging security cameras for use in intrusion detection and sterile-zone monitoring, at short to medium-range distances, designed to run 24/7 and use FLIRs industry-leading thermal imaging technology.
FLIR FB series cameras cater for both those who require smaller localized security needs, to those who require it on a larger scale, the benefit of this camera, is that it will grow with your business/organisation needs, and operation can be as complex are as simple as you need, from having access to hundreds of camera's across multiple sites, to a 1 or 2 surrounding a property, this camera is one of FLIR's most versatile security cameras.
With a choice of narrow or wide lens options you can be sure your property parameters remain closely monitored and FLIR’S high clarity thermal imaging spots threats both day and night, even in total darkness or low contrast conditions, as well as the ability to handle challenging environments and harsh weather conditions with ease.
All of the FLIR FB Series Come with DDE technology (Digital Detail Enhancement) to create sharp edges and contrast to improve analytical performance.
The FB series can run over analogue, PoE/IP (additional accessories may be required depending on set up)
(IP Connection) When the camera is connected to the network it functions as a server; it provides services such as camera control, video streaming, network communications, and geo-referencing capabilities. It is compatible with FLIR Latitude Network Video Management System or ONVIF Profile S compatible 3rd party software.
With the software, simply log in and enter the cameras IP address (built network protocols – see technical specifications, allow it to assign its own IP address) and the live video will play.
Note: IP configuration and interfacing may require familiarity with managing IP networks.
FLIR FB Series integrate seamlessly with FLIR’S United Video management system allowing you to view footage from single locations or multiple sites from around the world using the FLIR Latitude Network Video Management System (NVMS) (Sold separately) which supports unlimited numbers of cameras across multiple locations over IP networks (FLIR Horizon Network Video Recorder of FLIR Meridian Network Video Recorders are required or a compatible 3rd party system)
With the ability for easy integration into other video management systems (VMS) and third-party video analytic systems you can add the FLIR FB series to an already existing security set up with full integration support from FLIR giving you a fully centralized management system which will grow as your needs grow.
The FLIR FB-Series integrate with FLIR analytic encoders (sold separately) such as FLIR ioi TRK-101 (track humans and vehicles. Alarm notifications can be sent to warn of objects, people or vehicles crossing parameters, users can define customise criteria’s of what to detect) and the FLIR ioi TRK-101 P PTZ Tracker that hand-off targets to pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) cameras on the same network (sold separately).
There are 3 different versions of the FLIR FB Series 0 cameras, please select the one you need from the drop down menu above.
