Extra Large Gate Valve Lockout - Valves with Diameter 254 to 355mm

The largest of our gate valve lockouts available, you can use this lockout to prevent access to larger valves with diameter from 254 to 355mm.

Circular in shape, the lockout consists of two halves which snap apart, allowing you to close them around the valve. Once attached, the lockout will freely move around the valve, but won't actually move the valve, completely isolating it and prevent it from being moved.

To fully secure, use either padlocks or a combination of hasps and padlocks to prevent it from being removed until all personnel are safely accounted for (padlocks/hasps are available for purchase separately).

These lockouts are made tough; constructed from high quality polyurethane plasic, they are resistant to cracking, abrasions and withstand temperatures from -20 to 200°F. They can be used in any conditions, including heavy-duty industrial environments and also on valves which are situated outdoors.
