Extech VPC260 6-Channel Particle Counter
The Extech VPC260 6-Channel Particle Counter is an air quality meter. It can be used to monitor workplace environmental health and check for harmful air pollutants including exhaust fumes, smoke, respirable crystalline silica dust (RCS), and airborne combustible dust. To this end, the Extech VPC260 can measure up to six channels of particle sizes, as well as air temperature, relative humidity, dew point, and wet bulb. Results are indicated on the colour display and may be saved to the Extech VPC260’s internal memory. It can store up to 1000 data sets which may be exported to a PC via a USB interface.
VPC260 Air Quality & Particle Measurements
The Extech VPC260 simultaneously measures and displays up to six channels of particle sizes alongside air temperature, humidity, dew point, and wet bulb. It can measure particle sizes as small as 0.3µm and supports a maximum flow rate of 0.035 ft3/min (1L/min). Results are indicated on the Extech VPC260’s 2.8-inch (71mm) TFT colour display.
Users can adapt the VPC260 to their requirements. In addition to date and time setup controls, the Extech VPC260 Particle Counter offers a selectable sample time, count data, and programmable delay. Moreover, its Auto Power Off function can be disabled to enable continuous data recording.
VP260 Data Management & Reporting
Save up to 1000 data sets to the Extech VPC260’s integrated memory. Results may be exported in a CSV file to a PC or laptop via a USB Type-C cable for easy reporting and documentation. (Please note that you need to download Extech’s VPC260 Software to view data on your PC/laptop.)
VPC260 Applications
