Extech TM55 Pocket Fold-Up Thermometer

With a huge measurement range of -40 to 482°F (-40 to 250°C), and NSF certified for use with liquids, pastes and semi-solid food, this Extech thermometer is perfect for countless temperature measurement applications including the food industry, frozen and semi-sold samples, liquid solutions, agriculture (soil) and laboratories.

The TM55 is equipped with a 2.4" (61mm) stainless steel probe that folds up into the thermometer during storage. This probe is designed to respond fast to temperature; if inserted into a liquid sample, you can expect a reading in less than 5 seconds. It's also easy to adjust the probe to the exact angle you need for measurements thanks to its folding action.

The case and probe are made using ultrasonically welded housing, giving the thermometer IP65 protection (waterproof) and an anti-microbial additive ensures contamination doesn't take place. When cleaning, it's possible to handwash this thermometer or alternative it's completely dishwasher safe if placed on the top rack.
