Extech RH550 Humidity & Temperature Chart Recorder

The Extech RH550 Humidity & Temperature Chart Recorder is a temperature, relative humidity and calculated dew point datalogger. It is capable of recording and monitoring all three of these parameters simultaneously; real-time readings can be viewed numerically and graphically on the Extech RH550 Humidity & Temperature Chart Recorder’s large, 7” (178mm) programmable touchscreen display.

The Extech RH550 Humidity & Temperature Chart Recorder will also indicate the date and time via its high-resolution (1024 x 600px), colour, TFT LCD display. This chart recorder features a display zoom feature and screen capture capability enabling the user to view the readings most relevant to him/her.

The user can program the Extech RH550 Humidity & Temperature Chart Recorder to include Min and Max alarm set points; it will issue a visual and audible alert when user-programmed limits are breached. Additionally, the dew point, temperature and humidity datalogger's MIN/MAX function will record the minimum and maximum readings for all three parameters.

This temperature, dew point and humidity logger can be set to record live data or may be set to save measurements at scheduled times. Furthermore, the Extech RH550 Humidity & Temperature Chart Recorder’s sampling rate can be adjusted as necessary. This humidity, dew point and temperature tablet's user-selectable sampling rate ranges from every second to every twenty-four hours.

Temperature, humidity and calculated dew point measurements can be saved to the Extech RH550 Humidity & Temperature Chart Recorder’s internal 16GB memory. It has the capacity to store up to 20 000 data points in a CSV format which may be transferred to a PC via a USB connection. The temperature, dew point and humidity tablet’s memory progress bar provides a visual indication of the memory used, as well as the percentage of the remaining memory.

It is possible to recall saved data files from the Extech RH550 Humidity & Temperature Chart Recorder’s memory using the History mode. Additionally, recorded alarm values can be displayed by date or may be sorted according to parameter: temperature or humidity.

The Extech RH550 Humidity & Temperature Chart Recorder can be used to monitor temperature, humidity and dew point in buildings, conference rooms, laboratories, cleanrooms, hospitals, hydroponics, greenhouses, food storage facilities and refrigerators. Allowing the user to adapt the dewpoint, humidity and temperature logger to accommodate various applications is its built-in stand for desktop use and supplied wall mount bracket. Its field-replaceable probe (no calibration required), may be attached to the tablet directly or to an extendable, 6.5ft (2m) cable allowing the user to monitor closed environments. Additionally, up to three probe cables may be connected together, allowing the user to access difficult-to-reach places.
