Extech MA1500 1500A True RMS AC/DC Clamp Meter + NCV

The Extech MA1500 is an extremely large-jaw clamp meter that's suitable for use on conductors up to 500MCM in size (the jaws are 2.0" - 52mm - in size).

The device includes a 40000/4000 count dual backlit display for using the tester in multiple lighting conditions, has a non-contact voltage indicator with LED alert built into the unit and comes with a large rotary dial for easy selection of testing parameters.

When used as a current measurement tool this device is suitable for both low and high current applications due to its ability to measure both AC and DC current from 400A to 1500A.  It can also measure both AC/DC voltage up to 750V and 1000V DC (AC current and voltage measurements are true-RMS) and it can also measure resistance to 40MΩ, frequency to 40MHz, capacitance to 40mF, temperature from -148 to 1832°F (-100 to 1000°C), diode, duty cycle and continuity.

The Extech MA1500 is CAT IV 600V safety rated.
