Extech EX503 10 Function Heavy Duty Industrial Multimeter

Extech's 503 is a digital multimeter that can be used to carry out AC/DC voltage, AC/DC current, resistance, capacitance, frequency (electrical and electronic), duty cycle and diode/continuity testing procedures.

Technically the most basic available meter in Extech's 500 range of DMMs, the EX503 is still a highly versatle instrument and features various different measurement ranges available for each of the parameters it can test. The EX503 has also been ruggedised, which means it can be dropped from a height and even resist the effects of water thanks to ingress protection of IP67.

The 500 series of Extech multimeters are all built for use in applications where other multimeters might be more easily damaged, so this product is highly recommended to those working in industrial environments.

Results gained with the EX503 are highly accurate (the device has basic accuracy of 0.5%) and it also includes a range of additional features such as a relative mode and the ability to hold data temporarily on the device's screen.

The EX503 is CAT IV 600V safety rated.
