Extech 407790A Type 2 Integrating Sound Meter w/ Octave Band Analyser

Designed for professional sound studies, Extech's 407790A gives you everything you need to measure sound pressure level (SPL) equivalent continuous sound pressure level (Leq), sound exposure level (SEL), maximum sound pressure level (Lmax) and minimum sound pressure level (Lmin).

Extech's 407790A sound analyser is made for studies in applications such as :

• Real-time analysis of noise from any source, including machinery and vehicles
• Monitoring office/plant noise and storing data for further analysis
• Maintaining noise level statistics for internal and external audits
• Performing machinery noise monitoring or use for noise reduction programs

This is a powerful, type 2 integrating sound level meter with built-in octave and 1/3 octave band real-time functions, capable of displaying real-time graps on a 3.5", full colour backlit TFT screen. The display can show Leq, Le, Lmax, Lim, Lp, L05, L10, L50, L90 and L95.

Values are stored directly on a microSD card and can be easily transferred to a PC for further analysis using the software and USB cable included in the pack. A real-time clock built into the 407790A makes sure all your data is date/time stamped for quick and easy referencing.

There are many different additional functions included on the Extech 407790A including A, C and Z weighting with fast/slow response, an internal self test, a tripod mount for hands-free use and analogue AC/DC recorder output.
