Extech 380926 2000A True RMS AC/DC Clamp Meter

The Extech 380926 has been designed as a comprehensive testing solution for carrying out clamp and digital multimeter measurements.

Featuring 2" (50mm) jaws, the 380926 has been designed in order to measure both smaller and larger conductors up to a size of 2000MCM. Once attached to a conductor this device allows DC/AC current measurements via the use of the clamp between a range of 400A to 2000A, with max resolution of 0.1A and basic accuracy of ±2%+5d. It's also possible to measure DC/AC current via the use a digital multimeter connection and this mode features ranges of 400μA, 4000μA, 40mA and 400mA.

The 380926 actually contains a fully functioning digital multimeter built into the unit that is extremely high specification. It can be used to measure DC and AC voltage up to 1000V, capacitance to 50μF, resistance to 40MΩ, frequency to 100kHz and duty cycle, diode and continuity as well.

This digital clamp meter is CAT IV 600V safety rated.
