You will require a compatible thermometer or similar instrument which accepts type K thermocouple inputs to use this probe.
Made for use with high temperatures, this probe is excellent for measuring the temperature of griddles and hotplates, plus other extremely hot surfaces.
Designed for use with many different thermometers (and similar instruments), this probe will respond with a temperature measurement in less than one second and can measure temperature from -100 to 1000°C.
Terminated with an industry-standard type K thermocouple connector.
