Use this penetration-style, reduced tip temperature probe to measure the temperature of liquids and semi-solid materials.

The probe's reduced tip ensures a faster response - the small and large versions of the probe respond with a temperature measurement within nine seconds, while the extra-large version responds in around ten seconds. All probes can measure temperature from -75 to 250°C.

ETI's probes are made from high-quality stainless steel and include a t-shaped polypropylene handle for comfortable use. The probe is terminated with an industry standard type K thermocouple which is compatible with a wide range of thermometers and other instruments (sold separately).
