These stainless steel penetration probes are ideal for continuous monitoring during cooking processes in ovens and similar applications. Two probe lengths are available, 115 or 305mm. The probes are supplied with a 1.2 metre stainless steel braided PTFE lead. Ideal for use with the ThermaQ2 thermometer.
