ETI A5 Temperature Logbook

In every commercial kitchen, every fridge, freezer or cold cabinet should have its own temperature logbook. These A5-sized logbooks are perfect for this job.
Each book has space for six months’ worth of data per appliance. The user should enter three readings per day, with entries including the temperature, time and initials of the person who did the testing.
Each book has a wipe-clean cover, just in case it gets dirty in the kitchen.
