With a corkscrew-style penetration tip, ETI's 133-175 probe is excellent for measuring the core temperature of items where normal probes may struggle.
This probe is made from high quality stainless steel with a T-shaped polyproprlene handle and a corkscrew tip. The probe is connected to a 1m flexible PVC lead which is terminated with an industry-standard type K thermocouple connector (plugs into digital thermometers etc - sold separately).
The probe will respond with a temperature measurement in less than nine seconds and can measure temperature from -75 to 250°C.
