ETI 133-124 Heavy-Duty Type K, T Handle Penetration Temperature Probe

This temperature probe is highly recommended for food processing and similar applications where you need to measure core temperature.

Consisting of a robust, 4mm diameter stainless steel penetration probe attached to a T-shaped handle for comfortable use, the probe responds with a temperature measurement in under 4 seconds and can measure temperature from -75 to 250°C.

The probe is terminated with an industry-standard type K thermocouple connector which fits a wide variety of thermometers and similar instruments (sold separately).
