This temperature probe includes a built-in magnet, allowing it to be attached to the surface of a radiator, hotplate or similar object to measure surface temperatures.
The magnet connector is attached to a 500mm PTFE lead which is terminated with a type K thermocouple connector. This can be plugged into a wide variety of thermometers and other instruments (sold separately) for measurements.
The probe can measure temperature from -20 to 80°C and responds with a measurement in under 20 seconds.
