The FilesThruTheAir EL-SIE-6+ Temperature, Humidity & Pressure Data Logger is a high-accuracy temperature, humidity and pressure monitoring system. It has an average battery life of approximately one year and is supplied with a wall mounting bracket.

As the FilesThruTheAir EL-SIE-6+ Temperature, Humidity & Pressure Data Logger can be used to measure and record the environmental conditions of domestic and work environments, it features the following measurement ranges:

• Temperature: -18°C to +55°C (-0.4°F to +131°F)
• Relative Humidity: 0 to 100%
• Pressure: 300 to 1200mbar

The FilesThruTheAir EL-SIE-6+ Temperature, Humidity & Pressure Data Logger can store over 1 000 000 readings. It may be programmed to record measurements at user-specified rates ranging from every ten seconds to every twenty-four hours with delayed, triggered or push-to-start logging.

Additionally, this environmental monitoring system can be configured to include up to sixteen user-specified alarms. The FilesThruTheAir EL-SIE-6+ Temperature, Humidity & Pressure Data Logger also includes options for cumulative alarms, pre-alarms, a delay before alarm triggering, and alarm hold. The alarm hold will freeze the display showing the alarm condition, ensuring the data is retained even if the temperature, humidity and pressure return to within their pre-programmed ranges.  

The FilesThruTheAir EL-SIE-6+ Temperature, Humidity & Pressure Data Logger’s onboard alarm sounder and alarm indicator (visible via the display) alerts the user when pre-programmed environmental limits have been exceeded.

The user can view the minimum, maximum and current readings, as well as three LEDs that indicated the status of the unit, via the FilesThruTheAir EL-SIE-6+ Temperature, Humidity & Pressure Data Logger’s display.

The FilesThruTheAir EL-SIE-6+ Temperature, Humidity & Pressure Data Logger is easy to set up and requires neither additional software nor an internet connection for configuration. The FilesThruTheAir EL-SIE-6+ Temperature, Humidity & Pressure Data Logger is plugged into the user’s PC/ Mac using a USB cable and is programmed by entering ‘http://EasyLog.local’ into any standard web browser. The user can adjust the following fields as required:

• Logger and channel names
• Measurement units
• Logging rate and start mode
• Alarm thresholds (high, low, pre-alarm, cumulative)
• Alarm delays
• Alarm holds
• Display and LED indicator modes

Once the logging period is complete, the FilesThruTheAir EL-SIE-6+ Temperature, Humidity & Pressure Data Logger can be reconnected to the user’s PC/ Mac to view the recorded measurements, event log, and the unit’s status. The operator can view, analyse and save logged data via a web browser. Furthermore, upon reconnection, the user can halt logging or reconfigure the FilesThruTheAir EL-SIE-6+ Temperature, Humidity & Pressure Data Logger’s settings.
