Pack of 10 safety tags made for attachment to lockout points during lockout/tagout.

Each tag is manufactured from high impact polyester/styrene and is designed to resist common forms of damage including water, oil, extreme temperature, the weather and physical damage such as tearing.

These tags carry a 'Do not Operate' warning on one side and space for entering details about who carried out the lockout on the reverse side.
