Note: to create a wireless network using Detective+ units, Detective Net Wireless Modules (sold separately) are required.
Need a reliable and effective method of monitoring methane content in the workplace? Crowcon's Detective+ instruments are the solution you've been looking for!
When used by itself, the Detective+ can be used to constantly monitor methane content. If sudden rises are detected the unit alerts the user by sounding a loud alarm and flashing LED indicators. When used with other Detective+ units, these gas detectors go from simple detectors to comprehensive monitoring tools across a network.
By using up to 25 individual Detective+ units (and Detective Net Wireless Modules - sold separately) it is possible to transmit data from one unit to the next. This allows the units to be spaced up to 100m away from each other and - since each connected unit will sound alarms when one does - it instantly alerts the user to be a problem which can then be easily traced.
The following video has more information on connecting up a Detective+ network.
By using several of these testers, you'll never have to worry about methane leaks going unnoticed and safety in the workplace will be enhanced significantly.
