This Thin Tip Penetration Probe is a Type T Thermocouple probe designed for food applications. There is also BioCote Antimicrobial Protection in the probe handle to avoid the risk of cross-contamination.
The Comark PT19L is fitted with a 6-Pin Lumberg connector with a locking screw, to provide a strong and secure probe-to-instrument connection with better prevention of liquid ingress.
Not suitable for intrinsically safe applications.
