Chauvin Arnoux PEL106 Power & Energy Logger - Complete Kit
Save on utility bills and protect the environment using the Chauvin Arnoux PEL106 Power & Energy Logger. This portable energy logger can be used to optimise energy efficiency through monitoring and logging electrical parameters needed for energy consumption diagnostics. It is suitable for measuring all network types including single-, split-, and three-phase systems without cutting off the mains supply. Featuring four voltage inputs and four current channels, the PEL106 will automatically recognise the connected sensor and measure the following electrical parameters according to the IEEE 1459 standard:
- AC/DC voltage up to 1000V
- Current up to 10kA or 5kA DC
- Power (active, apparent, and reactive): 10 W/var/VA to 10 GW/Gvar/ GVA
- Energy: 4 EWh/ 4 EVAh/ 4 EVarh
- Total energy (4 quadrants)
- Phase data: cos φ, tan Φ, power factor (PF)
- Harmonics up to the 50th order
- Crest factor
Furthermore, it can calculate total harmonic distortion, features an Alarm mode, and supports analogue readings. Data is saved to the Energy Logger’s SD card at a rate of up to every 200 ms. Readings may be transferred to a PC via USB, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and 3G/GPRS interfaces; once downloaded, the supplied Chauvin Arnoux DataView Software can be used to create customised reports.
Finally, the Chauvin Arnoux Power & Energy Logger is ergonomic. It includes a backlit, quadruple digital display with an LCD screen, IP67-rated housing resistant to shock, UV light and high temperatures, and is self-powered via its voltage inputs to 1000V.
Overall it is a rugged, reliable, and comprehensive portable energy logger ideal for optimising energy efficiency, measuring and characterising electric motors, and installing electric poles.
