Chauvin Arnoux CA6511 Megohmmeter Analogue with Rubber Boot & Leads

Insulation can be tested for and measured up to 1000MOhm with the Chauvin Arnoux CA6511 Megohmmeter Analogue with Rubber Boot & Leads when the level of DC voltage is at 500V. 

Although this Chauvin Arnoux product works mainly with insulation, it is able to conduct a voltage test on AC voltage that measures between 0 and 600V. As well as this, it can also test for continuity from -10ohm to +10ohm when I is equal to 200mA. 

If there is a lack of voltage measurements being picked up by the voltage test, then this product is able to conduct an automatic test which will let you know if there is a level of voltage nearby to be picked up. The input type for this insulation tester is done singularly by using the two terminals that are colour coded. 

Results from the tests are delivered to you on the screen which is highly readable, and Chauvin Arnoux have also included a logarithmic scale to help read results better. 

All measurements of this insulation tester are done in compliance with the following safety regulations: IEC 61557, IEC 364, NF C 15-100, VDE 0413 and BS 7671. It also has an electrical safety rating of IEC 1010 600V CAT III-2.
