Chauvin Arnoux CA6472 Earth & Resistivity Tester

One of Chauvin Arnoux’s most adaptable pieces of equipment, the Chauvin Arnoux CA6472 Earth & Resistivity Tester  is like having five machines in one – it is capable of measuring earth resistance, earth coupling, ground potential measurements, continuity and resistivity. With the press of a button, you can carry out automatic measurements of interference voltages at a frequency of 128Hz.

This earth resistance tester has a range of user friendly features. The E, ES, S and H ports are colour coded as green, black, blue and red respectively, allowing you to identify the correct port as quickly as possible. Another great feature is the capacity of the Chauvin Arnoux CA6472 Earth & Resistivity Tester  store up to 512 different measurements, which you can easily recall whenever you like. This earth tester also has a USB port, which allows you to connect the device to your computer, and transfer any stored data.

Once the earth ground tester has taken a reading, it will be displayed on the LCD screen, which is equipped with a backlight in order to make reading the screen as easy as possible. Although only one digital value will be displayed at a time, you can use the dial on the right of the screen to access other values.

The device measures 272 x 250 x 128 millimetres, meaning it is a portable piece of equipment, but as it weighs 3.2 kilograms, this is one of Chauvin Arnoux’s most sturdy earth testers. It is protected with IP53 leakproofing, and is watertight.
