The Chauvin Arnoux CA 6165 is a multifunctional electrical equipment tester that functions as both an electrical appliance tester and an electrical installation tester. It can be used to test the electrical safety of portable electric equipment, machines, and switchboards. As such the Chauvin Arnoux CA 6165 supports all the tests and measurements required for conformity checking, including continuity, true-RMS leakage and load currents, voltage, frequency, differential leakage current, touch leakage current, earth leakage current, AC/DC dielectric tests, discharge time, insulation resistance, and power. The CA 6165 also offers automatic test sequences. Results are indicated on the CA615's capacitive touchscreen and may be stored on its 32GB memory card.
