CATU MV-223 High Cut Insulated Sole Safety Shoes (Class 0: 1000V)

Suitable for use in industrial applications, building sites and on oily/smooth surfaces, CATU's MV-223 shoes protect your feet and are insulated against electricity to 1000V.

CATU's MV-223 shoes are high-top style shoes, with comfortable design that fits around the ankle. The shoes are made for both comfort and hygiene, with high abrasion resistant lining with excellent breathability. For added safety, the toes of the boots come with a fibreglass safety toe cap, designed to protect from shocks of up to 240 joules and crushing weight of up to 1500 daN (in compliance with the standards of EN ISO 20345: 2011).

Across the sole, these shoes are constructed of extra light PU/nitrile materials with shock-absorbing properties for excellent grip. They're also resistant to contact with direct heat to 300°C and are designed to stop perforations for complete safety.

These boots have been certified as Class 0: resistant to 1000V in indoor/dry environments.

• Tested according to the test setup described in the Technical Specifications RTE SERECT no. ST HTA 70A:

- Proof test voltage 5 kV/3min.
- Withstand voltage 10 kV.

• Tested according to standard ASTM F 2412 : 2005.
