CATU Intermediate Pole for Short Circuiting / Earthing Systems

These poles are the middle section of CATU’s range of extendable insulative poles. They are designed for direct attachment to CATU’s basic pole range and expand the range of that item.

Intermediate poles are designed to be terminated by CATU’s terminal poles (sold separately). These devices contain connectors for attaching hooks, electrodes, voltage detectors and more. The intermediate pole does not include this connector and will require a terminal pole and a basic pole to be used effectively.

Each pole is IEC-60855 and EN 50508 compliant and is constructed from high quality fiber glass and epoxy resin to fully insulate the pole.

Remember the following points:

• A basic pole is required to use this pole
• This item clips directly into a basic pole
• A terminal pole is required to finish the pole and to attach additional items such as voltage detectors, electrodes and other compatible accessories
