The C. Scope M-SCAN Magnetometer is a metal detector that can locate ferrous objects buried up to 5m beneath the ground. It can be used to find manholes, septic tanks, valve boxes, line identification markers, survey and boundary marker pegs, and cast-iron gas and water pipes and joints.
The C. Scope M-SCAN Magnetometer detects magnetic fields emanating from ferrous objects. As a result, it has a greater detection depth than a majority of other metal detectors. Depending on the signal strength, the C. Scope M-SCAN Magnetometer is able to detect magnetic metals up to 5m beneath the ground.
The signal strength and polarity indication are displayed on the C. Scope M-SCAN Magenetometer’s large, easy-to-read LCD. Furthermore, upon detection of ferrous metal, the C. Scope M-SCAN Magnetometer will issue an audible response allowing the user to locate the object quickly and easily.
The user can alter the C. Scope M-SCAN Magenetometer’s volume and sensitivity using the ergonomically positioned one-touch controls. Also adding to the C. Scope M-SCAN Magenetometer’s practicality is its unique, moulded case with an integrated armrest which allows the user to operate the metal detector comfortably for long periods of time, reducing fatigue.
The C. Scope M-SCAN Magnetometer is constructed from heavy-duty, high-impact ABS plastic and features a robust aluminium sensor tube. It is battery operated; the remaining battery life is displayed on the aforementioned large, easy-to-read LCD.
The C. Scope M-SCAN Magnetometer is an ergonomic, easy-to-use and rugged metal detector.
