8 Applications (and counting…)
Both the Hikmicro M10 and M30 Handheld Thermal Imaging Cameras are suitable for troubleshooting and maintenance applications across a range of industries. The images below illustrate how these cameras can provide a solution to identifying and diagnosing just some of the common issues encountered during automotive repair, and building, machinery, HVAC, PCB, electrical, oil, and metallurgy inspections.
1.) Automotive Repair
Check that rear-window heating is working correctly.
Inspect car engines and other components.
2.) Building
Check pipes for leaks, missing insulation, and blockages.
Find ineffective seals that are allowing heat to escape.
3.) Machinery
Identify overheating or faulty components.
4.) HVAC
Check that underfloor heating is warming up consistently and to the correct temperature.
5.) PCB
Identify broken, faulty, or overheating components.
6.) Electrical
Ensure that electrical conductors, such as electricity lines, are working correctly. You can also verify that electrical insulators are doing their job.
7.) Oil
Asses tanker capacity and conduct quick maintenance checks.
8.) Metallurgy
Assess the physical behaviour of metallic pipes and storage tanks. Identify erosion, cracks, or leaks for early preventative maintenance.
