Protimeter Hygromaster2 with Hygrostick Kit 1

The Protimeter Hygromaster2 with Hygrostick Kit 1 can be used to take temperature and equilibrium relative humidity measurements of solid walls and floors, as well as calculate a number of psychrometric measurements. It includes:

• 1x Protimeter Hygromaster2 Thermo-Hygrometer
• 1x Hygrostick
• 1x Protimeter BLD5802 Extension Lead
• 1x Pack of 20 Protimeter Humidity Sleeves

Due to the inclusion of the Hygrostick, the extension lead and the humidity sleeves, the Protimeter Hygromaster2 Thermo-Hygrometer can be used to measure the moisture of concrete surfaces. This kit is also suitable for assessing flood damage; monitoring restoration progress; completing building surveys and testing HVAC equipment.

When the Hygromaster2 is used with the Hygrostick it has a relative humidity range of 30-100%. In addition to measuring equilibrium relative humidity, this instrument also contains an integrated, infra-red temperature probe which allows the user to take non-contact, surface temperature measurements between 20°C and 80°C / -4°F and 176°F. Should the user wish to, the Protimeter Hygromaster2 Thermo-Hygrometer can also be used with a QuickStick Short (NOT included) which extends the instrument’s relative humidity range to 1-100%. However; when used with the QuickStick Short the Hygromaster2 is only suitable for general air quality inspections and the testing of HVAC equipment and dehumidifiers. It is no longer able to take in situ moisture readings of concrete surfaces.

Measurements taken using the Hygromaster2 are viewable on its colour, LCD display. They may also be saved to the instrument at the touch of a button. When manually logging data, the Hygromaster2 has the capacity to record up to 8000 results with date and time stamps.

Alternatively, the user can set the Protimeter Hygromaster2 Thermo-Hygrometer to automatically log data over the course of a measurement period. When set to log data automatically, it has the capacity to log up to 6100 results with date and time stamps.

Finally, the Protimeter Hygromaster2 features a rugged casing making it suitable for use within a variety of challenging environments. Furthermore, the included Hygrostick and humidity sleeves have also been optimised to withstand the harsh environments often found in building materials such as concrete.
