The Beha-Amprobe ALC-110-EUR True-RMS Leakage Current Clamp is a troubleshooting and maintenance tool optimised for industrial and railway applications; to this end, it features a wide frequency range, 15 Hz to 1 kHz.
The Beha-Amprobe ALC-110-EUR True-RMS Leakage Current Clamp can be used to measure the leakage current of installations and appliances; it is able to measure the following parameters:
The Beha-Amprobe ALC-110-EUR True-RMS Leakage Current Clamp can also be used to trace the source of earth leakage current and measure the current consumption of appliances used in the service and customer service sectors without interrupting the circuit.
Furthermore, the Beha-Amprobe ALC-110-EUR True-RMS Leakage Current Clamp is suitable for identifying intermittent RCD/ RCCB trips while equipment remains operational. Moreover, using the Beha-Amprobe ALC-110-EUR True-RMS Leakage Current Clamp to measure, record and compare leakage current readings provides a method of preventing unplanned downtime.
Support for true-RMS means complex, non-sinusoidal waveforms can be measured accurately. The Beha-Amprobe ALC-110-EUR True-RMS Leakage Current Clamp also features a selectable Low Pass Filter function (which reduces unwanted noise when measuring appliances - IEC/EN 61557-16 amendment A), and selectable filters including a 50/60Hz filter, no filter, and the aforementioned filter function. Furthermore, the Beha-Amprobe ALC-110-EUR True-RMS Leakage Current Clamp supports selectable limits: 0.25mA, 0.5mA, 3.5mA, 10mA and 12mA.
Measurements are visible on the Beha-Amprobe ALC-110-EUR True-RMS Leakage Current Clamp’s backlit display. Readings are shown to a high resolution: 0.001 mA for results up to 60A. The user can freeze the maximum measurement on the display using the Max Hold function. Alternatively, the clamp meter’s Data Hold function can be used to retain the most up-to-the-moment reading.
To conserve battery life, the Beha-Amprobe ALC-110-EUR True-RMS Leakage Current Clamp features both an Auto Power Off function and an Auto Backlight Off function. Other practical features include a mechanical jaw lock, a jaw opening of 30mm (1.2 in), a high safety rating (CAT III 600V), and a design compliant with IEC/EN 61557-13, VDE 0413-13.
The Beha-Amprobe ALC-110-EUR True-RMS Leakage Current Clamp is an ergonomic, economic and easy-to-use troubleshooting and maintenance tool.
