Measure the insulation resistance of electronic components, devices, dielectric materials, wires, cables and other associated electrical items with Applent's high precision insulation resistance meter, the AT6830.
Featuring super-fast testing rate of 55 readings per seconds, auto and manual ranging and a dual display for insulation resistance and leakage current at the same time (9999 count display), the Applent AT6830 is designed for ease of use and highly accurate measurements.
This meter has multiple selectable test voltages of 50, 100, 250, 400 and 500V DC with insulation resistance measurement range from 10kΩ to 1TΩ. Multiple trigger modes are included; this insulation resistance meter has an internal trigger, manual (remote) trigger and external (handler) trigger.
For added precision when measuring, the Applent AT6830 includes a zeroing function which will zero out test leads and fixture measurement errors. It also includes a built-in sorting comparator, allowing comparison/decision results to be sorted into 2 bins.
The Applent AT6830 insulation resistance meter also supports full remote control for automatic testing; it includes a handler interface which allows it to be combined with a component handler and a system controller to fully automate component testing, sorting and quality control data processing. An RS232C interface is also included with support for SCPI and ASCII transmission.
