Fast response, low pass filters and error-free measurements; they're all part of the Beha-Amprobe AMP-210, a true RMS clamp meter for modern electrical environments.

Suitable for testing AC current to 600A, the Beha-Amprobe AMP-210 has jaw opening of 30mm for direct connection to smaller and medium-sized wiring. It's fully suitable for use on all electrical systems, including distorted, non-sinusoidal signals (true RMS function stabilises the measurements) and variable frequency drives (low pass filter function).

The AMP-210 also functions as a digital multimeter; it can test capacitance for start and run motor capacitors, tests resistance and continuity to verify the quality of electrical connections etc and will also check frequency. A built-in non-contact voltage detector is also included to verify whether a wire is live or not before connection.

There's more to this clamp meter than just measurements - it also includes a relative zero function, a data hold function which will temporarily freeze the value on the screen, a backlight for use in poor lighting conditions and automatic power off when left idle.
