Ametek Type T Hydraulic Deadweight Tester

Designed to withstand industrial environments and the daily stresses of manufacturing, the Ametek Type T Hydraulic Deadweight Tester delivers laboratory accuracy (0.015% of the reading). It features a re-entrant-type measuring piston and cylinder assembly which reduces the rate of fluid leakage and lengthens float time thereby maintaining the tester’s accuracy as the test pressure increases. Overpressure protection prevents piston damage while the overhung weight carrier reduces side thrust and friction. Small incremental weight sets are available as are single- and dual-column versions of the Ametek Type T Hydraulic Deadweight Tester.  

The Ametek Type T Hydraulic Deadweight Tester features a three-leg design with a bullseye levelling system. Its dual-volume pumping feature enables large volumes of fluid to be added at low pressures to fill the system and subsequently increase pressure rapidly. Once filled, you can change to a smaller volume to facilitate easier pumping and finer control at higher pressures.
