Ametek Jofra ASM Series Process Multi-Scanner

Delivering a unique, time-saving, automation solution, the Ametek Jofra ASM Process Multi-Scanner can be used to calibrate multiple pressure or temperature sensors simultaneously. In fact, up to three Ametek Jofra ASM Process Multi-Scanner units can be stacked to calibrate up to twenty-four sensors at the same time. Each unit is an eight-channel scanner that can be controlled from a PC with JofraCal Software installed. The Ametek Jofra ASM Process Multi-Scanner can accommodate signals from 2-, 3-, and 4-wire RTDs, TCs, transmitters, thermistors, and temperature and voltage switches.

When combined with JofraCal or JofraLog, the Ametek Jofra ASM Process Multi-Scanner can be used to:

• Set-up, execute, print, and save traceable calibration data
• Calibrate up to twenty-four sensors using a dry-block calibrator as a reference
• Directly calibrate high-accuracy temperature reference probes
• Lod data for up to twenty-four sensors simultaneously

The Ametek Jofra ASM Process Multi-Scanner can be used with any JofraCal compatible pressure calibrator, dry-block or liquid calibrators, DTI reference thermometers, and ASC multi-function process calibrators. It is the ideal solution when accurate temperature measurements, taken using sensors with a traceable calibration, are critical. To improve accuracy and reliability, the Ametek Jofra ASM Process Multi-Scanner’s automatic procedures reduce human error while true ohm technology eliminates EMF from cables, sockets, and sensors.
