Ametek GaugeCalHP Comparator (System G)

A portable, self-contained, hydraulic pressure generator, the Ametek GaugeCalHP Comparator is ideal for calibrating pressure gauges, transmitters, sensors, and safety valves. It is particularly well suited to calibrating low-cost gauges in accordance with ISO9000, as well as differential pressure transmitters as it can generate up to 400 inH2O (995 mbar) to within 0.01 inches (0.025 mbar) without fluid.

The Ametek GaugeCalHP Comparator supports the following pressure and vacuum ranges:

• Pressure: up to 15 000 psi/ 1000 bar/ 100 MPa
• Vacuum: down to -12.5 psi/ -0.8 bar/ -86 kPa

Faster than deadweight testers and most automated pressure controllers, the Ametek GaugeCalHP Comparator is quick and easy to use. It includes a unique pivoting manifold for easily testing large gauges, as well as a gauge-safe integral venting system which prevents damage to mechanical gauges, and a no-mess drip tray for capturing fluid. The Ametek GaugeCalHP Comparator also supports fast air bleeding and can be used with air, light oil, or water (model dependent).
