Ametek Complete Pressure System G (GaugeCalHP Comparator, Hydraulic Pressure Generator)

The Ametek Complete Pressure System G includes a GaugeCalHP Comparator. This portable, self-contained, hydraulic pressure generator is designed for calibrating pressure gauges, transmitters, sensors, and safety valves. It is easy to use and faster than most deadweight testers and automated pressure controllers. The Ametek GaugeCalHP Comparator is ideal for calibrating low-cost gauges to ensure ISO9000 compliance.

A unique pivoting manifold also makes it suitable for testing large gauges. Furthermore, the Ametek GaugeCalHP Comparator can be used without fluid to generate up to 400” H2O (995 mbar) to within 0.01 inches, making it suitable for calibrating differential pressure transmitters.

The Ametek GaugeCalHP Hydraulic Pressure Generator can be used with water, light oil, or air to create:

• Pressure up to 15 000 psi/ 1000 bar/ 100 MPa
• Vacuum up to -12.5 psi/ -0.8 bar/ -86 kPa

A gauge-safe integral venting system prevents damage to mechanical gauges while a no-mess drip tray allows you to bleed air and capture fluid quickly and easily.

The fast, portable, and easy-to-use hydraulic pressure generator can be purchased with or without a reference indicator. The Ametek GaugeCalHP Comparator is compatible with Ametek’s nVision, 30 Series, HPC40 Series, HPC50 Series, XP2i, and m1 Reference Indicators.
