Aim-TTi TGP3151 50MHz Pulse & Universal Generator – 1 Channel

The Aim-TTi TGP3151 50MHz Pulse & Universal Generator is a high-performance true pulse, noise, and function generator. It can generate pulse waveforms from 1MHz-50Hz and supports pulse, double pulse, pulse pattern and PRBS waveforms, as well as independently variable rise and fall times from 5ns-800s. Its high drive capability output provides 20V pk-pk into 50Ω (unmatched).

Using an internal or external modulation source, the Aim-TTi TGP3151 50MHz Pulse & Universal Generator offers a range of pulse modulations including AM, FM, PM, FSK, BPSK, SUM, PWM and PDM. The Aim-TTi TGP3151 50MHz Pulse & Universal Generator delivers pulse period, width, and display resolutions of 100ps and 11 digits and is capable of low jitter asynchronous operation using externally triggered pulses or pulse reconstruction. The Aim-TTi TGP3151 50MHz Pulse & Universal Generator also supports triggered (burst count) and gated operation using internal or external trigger sources.

Additionally, the Aim-TTi TGP3151 50MHz Pulse & Universal Generator functions as a full noise generator up to 25MHz with selectable crest factor and defined distribution. It is also a full arbitrary/ function generator with support for 16 waveform types at an 800MS/s sampling rate and 16-bit vertical resolution. The Aim-TTi TGP3151 50MHz Pulse & Universal Generator can simulate sine waves up to 50MHz. Furthermore, it can perform linear and logarithmic sweeps across all waveform types.

Finally, the Aim-TTi TGP3151 50MHz Pulse & Universal Generator has a USB flash drive interface on its front panel. It also supports LXI-compliant LAN interfaces, as well as an OPTIONAL GPIB interface.

A square wave with 50% duty cycle referenced to the internal modulation waveform when

FSK - A square wave referenced to the trigger rate. The sync is a TTL high when hop frequency
is the output frequency and TTL low when carrier frequency is the output frequency for
positive slope and vice versa for negative slope.
BPSK:
A square wave referenced to the trigger rate. The sync is a TTL high when the hop phase is the
output phase and TTL low when carrier phase is the output phase for positive slope and
vice versa for negative slope.
Sweep Sync Marker Off:
A square wave that is a TTL high from the beginning of the sweep and a TTL low from the
midpoint of the sweep
Marker On:
A square wave that is a TTL high from the beginning of the sweep and a TTL low from the
